QA/QC Introduction

TQM (Total Quality Management) system has been implemented in our factory. The quality control breakdown is as follows: General Manager responsible for overall managing, then Sales Director, QC Head Director, Department Managers, Production Managers, Section QC officers. The quality control Group includes cashmere yarn & scarves, and cashmere garments QC. Each order is followed and inspected by our QC group members under close inspection; our QC members have at least 10 years' experience in the quality control (yarn, scarves and garments). All the scarves must be lab-tested by relevant authorities as per customer's requirements before putting into use. Only with approved reports we begin with scarves cutting for bulk production. Besides the in-house quality control, a third party like SGS or ITS, as appointed by customers carry out initial, mid-term, and final random inspections during bulk production before cargo delivery.
